  • Enterprise/Custom Solutions for businesses and agencies.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, with or without notice.


3. User Accounts

  • You must create an account to access certain features.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

  • You retain full ownership of any content (photos, virtual tours, text, etc.) you upload (“User Content”).
  • By uploading, you grant 360bydm a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and share your content as needed for the operation of the Service.
  • You agree that uploaded content will not violate any third-party rights, laws, or contain harmful material.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Certain features require payment of a subscription fee.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

6. Refund Policy

  • We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on all Paid Plans.
  • Refunds must be requested within 15 days of purchase by contacting our support team.
  • Refunds will not be granted if the request is made after 15 days, or if the account has violated these Terms.
